In a wonderful interview on Brit + Co  Road to Rio spokesperson Cynthia Sass shares her Pro Athlete Meal Plan. Cynthia mentions that anyone can eat like a pro athlete or Olympian, as long as they are sensible about what they put in their body. She recommends a meal plan consisting of almond oatmeal for breakfast, her superfoods smoothie made with almond milk and almond flour for post-workout, and black bean almond ginger satay for dinner.
