Deliciously Ella has thrown her weight behind a campaign to highlight the health benefits of almonds in a series of new recipe videos.

The celebrated food writer, who became Ella Mills when she tied the knot with her fiancé at the weekend, has revealed five new ways to incorporate the nuts into daily craving-busting snacks.

Her new quick and easy recipes include almond and coconut bars, energy bites with cacao and two different ways of roasting the nuts using maple syrup for a sweet treat and chilli for a savoury fix.
