Think you couldn’t learn something from a celebrity? Think again. Anna Camp is here to share with you the lessons she’s learned in Hollywood, her tips for staying healthy with a hectic schedule, and the big thing she and I have in common (Hint: We share an affinity for the number Eleven…). Read on for your new favorite smoothie recipe (and a new favorite movie star!).

I also like to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. I do have to have my coffee, too! I love a good almond milk latte. And I like to keep a little tin of almonds with me because it curbs my cravings. I won’t reach for the cookies if I have my almonds, which is good because sugar can give you a crash.

About the Almond Board of California

California almonds make life better by what we grow and how we grow. The Almond Board of California promotes natural, wholesome and quality almonds through leadership in strategic market development, innovative research, and accelerated adoption of industry best practices on behalf of the more than 7,600 almond farmers and processors in California, most of whom are multi-generational family operations. Established in 1950 and based in Modesto, California, the Almond Board of California is a non-profit organization that administers a grower-enacted Federal Marketing Order under the supervision of the United States Department of Agriculture.
