Carpe PM spokesperson Jen Widerstrom’s shared her 5 Food Rules in the March 2017 issue of Muscle & Fitness Hers. Jen’s last rule is “fill up with fiber,” where she recommends almonds to help feel fuller longer. Almonds are key to helping you feel fuller longer, as well as moving food through your digestive track. You need about 20 to 35 grams a day of a fiber a day, which you can easily get from almonds, beans, lentils and spinach, according to Jen.
